1. Who runs this site

This site is operated by Rockul AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17329373), registered office at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA (“we”, “us”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. Employees of cashcomp.co.uk, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to a competition may not enter that competition. We check the location a purchase is made from and block ticket purchases from outside the UK.

3. How each competition works

Each competition requires you to correctly answer a skill question before you can purchase a ticket. Free postal entry is always available — see our Free Entry Route. Once every ticket for a competition has been sold, the winning ticket is drawn at random from all valid entries for that competition at 9:00pm UK time that day (or the following day, if it sells out at or after 9pm), live in our draw machine, and announced on our Live Draw page. Anyone holding a ticket in that competition is emailed a reminder at 6pm on draw day.

4. Winners

The holder of the winning ticket number wins the advertised prize. We will contact the winner using the details provided at entry. If a winner cannot be reached within 30 days using those details, we reserve the right to draw a replacement winner. Winners' first names and county may be published on our Winners page and social channels unless a winner asks us not to.

5. How prizes are paid

All prizes are cash and paid by bank transfer or PayPal — never in cash, cheque, or any other method. Once a winner is confirmed, we contact them using the details on their winning ticket to verify their identity and agree how they'd like to be paid. Payment is sent within 24 hours of those details being confirmed. There is nothing a winner needs to claim, post, or apply for — we get in touch first.

6. Ticket payments

Ticket payments are processed securely by Stripe (card) or from your account's wallet balance (built up from prize winnings or account credit). Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law or where a competition is cancelled by us, in which case all ticket holders for that competition will be refunded in full.

7. Our right to cancel

We may cancel or amend a competition where circumstances make it necessary — for example suspected fraud, technical failure, or an error in how it was set up. Any ticket holders affected will be refunded in full.
